This 16 hour, practice-based Anusara® Intensive Workshop is designed for anyone who wants to grow their asana practice, embark on the journey to the wild expanse of their own heart, and to keep the company of others on that same path. Yoga performed in an aligned way can be both therapeutic and expansive. Private yoga sessions are based on the therapeutic needs of the individual student and/or the student's desire to deepen or enhance their practice towards a particular pose or class of poses. A typical sessions will include 15 minutes of therapeutic bodywork, followed by 45 minutes of detail-oriented postures and sequences bassed on the student's individual practice.
